Night Fare is a short first-person horror game set in 90s Greece. You spend most of it behind the eyes of someone who just wanted to get home from the club.
A run takes about 5 to 10 minutes, so it's built for one sitting, or for a stream. There are a few endings. The original was inspired by a true story, which is half of why it gets under people's skin.

The installer is a normal setup wizard; click through and it puts the game in one folder for you. Windows may show a SmartScreen warning because the installer is new and unsigned. That's caution about an unknown file, not a problem with this one. Content warning: flashing lights and stalking themes.

5 to 10 minutes per run. There are multiple endings, so a "full clear" is closer to half an hour if you go looking for them.

The Director's Cut ships with uncompressed audio, so it's a bit chunky. The setup wizard unpacks everything into one folder. It doesn't touch the registry, and deleting that folder removes the game completely.
